You must be authorized by a nursery, school, educational institution, or other authorized organization to access certain areas of the platform.
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating accounts.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Protecting login credentials
- All activities occurring under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users may use the Services solely for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Upload malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform operations
- Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
- Misuse student or school information
Schools remain the owners and controllers of educational records and information entered into the platform.
Weyahom acts as a technology service provider facilitating the management and communication of educational information.
Certain Services may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees are non-refundable
- Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan
- We may suspend services for unpaid accounts
All platform content, software, branding, logos, designs, and technology are owned by Weyahom or its licensors.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weyahom shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Weyahom harmless from claims arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Services
- Unauthorized use of educational data
- Breach of applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments remain outstanding
- Platform security is compromised
- Required by law
The platform may integrate with third-party services and payment providers. We are not responsible for their services or content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
